Tanks are often fabricated out of steel so they are conductive, and don't run the risk of carrying static, as they can easily be earthed. Static can cause sparks - leading to fire, or notoriously, shocks to any human touching it.

Graphene integrated into the polymer surface during rotational moulding, will provide conductivity which carries any static to earth, therefore making it possible to produce a lighter, cheaper, and maintenance free tank.
